My doctor called me to check on me today. From his vacation.
He even said the right things. He started out by saying that one embryo was certainly disappointing. It was just nice to have him recognize that. He also said that it looked good now and that we'd have to wait and see tomorrow. Definitely an egg quality issue. Which makes me regret waiting so long to do this last IVF, but what's done is done. Right now, I can't second guess anything, just hope for the best.
So anyway, I just thought it was incredibly nice of him to personally call me. Our 3-celled embryo had about 10% fragmentation which is an acceptable amount, and they hope to see them between 2-4 cells at this point - so we're on track. Tomorrow should give us a better idea. More then...
