Progress

While I was hoping for 9 follicles to still be growing, I'll settle for today's report. After all, it's a heck of a lot better than last cycle! I had 4 follicles on the right and 2 on the left that were all about the same size with 2 smaller ones also on the left. My doctor seemed VERY happy with that, and said I'll probably start the Ganirelix tonight in addition to my other shots.

Speaking of shots, I forgot to share a little story. Yesterday, I ran the St. Patty's Day 8K. It started at 9 AM and I had to get down there to get my packet, yadda yadda. So - I couldn't do my shot at the usual time. My half-asleep brain thought it would be a great idea to just bring the shot with me and do it in my car. So there I am, once I finally found a parking place, on a very busy street with lots of runners walking by my car as I tried to scooch down in my seat and stab myself in the stomach. I think I got away undetected, but I really did feel like a little deviant. Too bad Gonal-F isn't a performance enhancing drug. ;-)
